With more than 56 million copies in print, the Brain Quest brand has continued to touch the lives of children for 3 decades. Loved by kids, trusted by parents, and used and recommended by teachers, it is the curriculum-based brand that makes learning fun and today, Naketa Ren Thigpen sits down with expansion spearhead and Editorial Director, Karen Edwards to chat about creating balance while taking a brand to new heights.
What to expect in today's BBP episode:
-The behind the scenes look at expanding an existing brand without losing focus
-How you can add value through your unique insight and skillset to something already successful
-The benefits of taking something wonderful and adding to it verses a complete pivot
-Why it’s important to have fun with your team (especially when you sell something “fun” to the world)
-Why it’s important to give yourself permission to pause when pouring out your excellence
